R Net Communication Error "Index was outside the bounds of array"

Index was outside the bounds of array

The R Net Communication shows an error message as "Index was outside the bounds of array" whenever execute the communication. so that the COD and other articles information are not transmitting / receiving to / from Central Server.
Error Messages:
1. "Index was outside the bounds of array"
2. "The process cannot access the file because it is used by another process"

Solution

1. Check the following aspects before taking the above issue with CEPT.
2. Check DATA folder of R Net communication, if any file is available with extension .ZIQ inside the DATA Folder, Just remove it.
3. Check inside RXD folder if any file like trxcheck.log is available then remove it.

If the above issue has not been settled even applied the said solution, just raise a ticket in HDMS of CEPT.
