Solution for ePayment communication problem

Deleting the temporary files from data folder, if problem persists please contact PTC Mysore.

Solution

Please do the following 

  1. Stop ePayment Client If running. 
  2. Open Data folder (RXD/Data) 
  3. Search for file *241.tsq inside data folder and Move this file to any folder on desktop. 
  4. Start ePayment Client. 
  5. Ensure that the files inside RXD and data folder are cleared.
Note: If Problem Still persist ticket may be raised with CEPT with log files and eCounter database.
