Postman : BO delivered Register article not updated in MIS

In Postman Module all the BO articles returns had bee taken correctly and R Net Communication was executed in frequent interval on daily basis. But those articles were not updated / reflected in R Net MIS. No problem is found in Sub Office article updation.

Solution: 

1. BO Mapping Not Done in Postman and Sub Account Module. 
2. Regeneration Option is available in Postman Module Supervisor to regenerate article messages for Updation in MIS. 
3. Regenerate Option will works for with in one month articles only. More than one month articles, it will not generate the messages for delivered / non delivered articles. 

BO Mapping can be done by follow the below steps:

• The BO mapping of Postman Module use the option available for supervisor under My Office--> Branch Office. 
• Once the BO mapping is done, please use the option create delivery/ undelivery message under tools of postman supervisor to generate the messages for articles pending within one month. 

Note : CEPT will not support for more than one month pending articles.
