ePayment Communication Upgradation issues in Parcel Net

The ePayment communication shows not upgraded in Parcel Net website due to improper upgradation / usage of older version.

The issue may raise due to one the following reasons.


1. Please check whether error message "unable to continue, some of your machine parameters might be changed" is thrown while trying to connect with the central server. That shows that the office may not be using the machine registered with ePayment central server to transmit the transaction data now 
  • You have to re register your office in website and register your new client machine. 
  • If "register me" button is not enabled, please Stop the ePayment client and execute eCounterResetRegistration.exl using script tool . 
  • Run the ePaymet client again and enter the web registration particulars when prompted. 
  • On successful registration your office should appear as a registered office at the epayment site with the new date of registration. 
2. The last called date of the the office in the MIS available at ePayment site ( View > Office Registration Status ) might be showing a future date, Please check, If so please revert back , we will provide a script to settle the issue. (Contact CEPT)
On resolving the issues mentioned above the office will be shown as updated to Ver 7.9.2 if you are actually using 7.9.2 executable file.
