Resize photo and Signature into 12kb

1. Images should be JPEG Format and 8bit
2. Size of Photo image must be greater than 4 kb and less than 12kb only
3. Size of Signature image must be greater than 1kb and less than 12 kb only
4. Image dimension of Photograph should be 100*120 pixels only.
5. Image dimension of Signature should be 140*60 pixels only.

Convert / Resize Image and Signature in above required format

Pre-requisite : Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

• Right click on Image then Open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
• Then Click on Resize then enter dimension of Photo as 100*120 and Signature as 140*60
• Click on Save to reduce image as below 12kb. that's It
