TOOL FOR UPLOAD OF PHOTO AND SIGNATURE

Pre-requisites before running the Utility

Step 1: Configuration settings need to be made in the desktop, using the config file provided in the Utility. This will enable the CPC to upload images only for their Circle while running the Utility.

Step 2: “Recommended settings for image files” as per Infosys document should be ensured – 

1. Documents should be scanned at 100 dpi, greyscale.

2. File name should be in the format Accountnumber_CIF_P for photograph and Accountnumber_CIF_S for signature.

3. Size of the file should be less than 50Kb

4. Type of the file should be JPEG, jpeg, jpg and JPG.
