R Net Comm : Invalid Column Name 'AddresseeMobileNumber'

Solution for R Net communication AddresseeMobileNumber

After Upgrade MM 7.9.2 while Run R Net Communication it may show the error message as

"Invalid Column Name Addressee Mobile Number ".

Solution

The above issue because of Upgradation may done with out closing of all the related modules like R Net Communication, Point of Sale and so on.

1. Take Database Backup.
2. Close All the Modules related to MM 7.9.2. (Here Point of Sale, Despatch and R Net Communication).
3. Upgrade Counter database alone once again with error.(if found any error kindly raise the ticket with CEPT for Solution)
4. Execute R Net Communication.

Still Problem persist, Kindly follow the below steps to overcome above issue.

• Download attach Counter exl

• Execute above exl using Script Tool.
• After Execute all the latest Counter Exl which available in MM 7.9.2
