Speed Net 4.2 RTS - SPCOD Article Remarks

SPCOD testing articles were booked from concern regional office to their division for SPCOD testing purpose. Totally 4 articles are booked by RO , all the four articles should be received at SOs. 3 articles have to deliver as follows one for SPM, one for BPM and another one for window delivery. Last one article should return from Sub office.

SPCOD : Return to Sender articles

1. The articles invoiced to Beat or BO if they were undelivered they should be Returned to Sender with proper remarks. 
2. The articles invoiced to beat can be returned through WindowDelivery-COD Articles-Check the article Number select “Unclaimed” 
3. The MIS-SENT/MIS-SORTED articles are Redirected to Actual Office in SpeedNet Module only before transfer of data to Postman . Once data is transferred to Postman “Returned to Sender” is the only option available for the undelivered articles.

Note: In Testing SPCOD Remarks should be REFUSED in Postman 7.9.1 to fetch the same in Speed Net 4.2 for closing of Bag.

Other than REFUSED Remarks are not fetched in Speed Net module for despatch.
