R Net Communication : http is not registered with remoting services

R Net Communication Issues

In most of the SO R Net communication not executing properly it shows The channel 'HTTP' not registering with remote services. It may disturbing lot while do the transaction in Some other modules.

Solution given by CEPT

1. Due to network issue Rnet communication can not communicate with central server properly.
2. Programmers are working on it ,problem will be resolved soon.
