Please ensure compliance to the followings guidelines / preconditions in order to raise a ticket. Once a ticket is registered it shall be presumed that user has followed these guidelines
1. The tickets can be raised only for the modules / applications / websites which are developed / maintained by the CEPT at present.
2. Please check whether the solution to the technical issue you are going to raise is already available under the link ‘Common Errors Solution’ on the Home Page. The ticket should be raised only if the solution is not available therein.
3. Please ensure that you are not raising a technical issue which you have already raised earlier & stands resolved by the CEPT.
4. Please ensure correct selection of Module Name and other vital details. Please summarize your ‘technical issue’ to a suitable ‘Subject’ which should be mentioned in maximum 100 characters.
5. Please ensure that all relevant details are provided in the ‘Problem Description’ window to avoid suspension of ticket for calling additional details by the CEPT resulting in delayed closure of the ticket.
6. Please do not type text between '<' '>'. It will result in the exception and whatever submitted will be not saved. Resultantly the entire problem shall be required to be submitted afresh.
7. Please ensure that all the attachments are successfully uploaded. In case of bigger files you may put into the Google Drive & may provide the link under “Upload Link” option.
8. Please note down the unique ‘Ticket Number’ for future reference.
9. The users are encouraged to provide feedback on the individual ticket response by CEPT as well as for the entire application.
